Yes!  We will match you up with just the right trainer for you.  They will get to know your goals and needs and will be able to encourage and motivate you.


Yes.  We will provide guidance for your WHOLE workout program, both inside the studio and on your own.
Yes!  The personal training includes nutritional guidance.  And we encourage you to eat real food . . . just like real people should!
Yes.  Our studio is small, private and professional.  Your trainer will be making sure you do everything with proper form so you get the best results        without injuring yourself.
Not unless that’s your goal!  Making the muscles stronger helps create a leaner look.
Yes.  Working with a personal trainer means it is all about you . . . including the times that are best for you.
A normal session is 45-55 minutes, but if you need a customer time slot, we can help!
No.  We don’t sell supplements.  Our trainers are concerned with training you, not getting commission on selling you “stuff.”
Of course.  All of our trainers have experience and training working with many different conditions and injuries.
No.  But if you like to run, we can help you improve in that activity, too! We want to you to enjoy exercise.
We have lots of methods to track your progress, including body fat measurements, strength and flexibility measurements.  We also care about the “underlying” motivations that make you “tick.”  We want to hear things like, “I felt so strong on my last ride! or I had to buy new clothes for my next business trip. or I don’t need to take my sleeping pills anymore!”
Of course you do!  Walking is a great activity.  We will teach you how to complement that activity with resistance training to help you look, move and feel younger!
We find that our clients have the best success with 2-3 appointments each week.  But depending on your personality, we can also help you with fewer contacts.  Talk to us.  We’ll make it work for you!
